Hello everyone, this is my first post on the forum and I’m excited to be here. Despite my username I’m a fan of The Redox Project, as well as The Rust Programming Language. I’ve been following Redox for a little over two years now and decided I want to learn a bit more about it. More specifically about it’s package management system. From the documentation that I could find there seems to be very little information regarding Pkgutils. Could anyone in the community point me to documentation or provide me with a brief description of how Pkgutils works? My reason for asking this is I was wondering it would be beneficial to attempt creating a package management system similar to Nix or GUIX given Redox’s focus on reliability. Any help is greatly appreciated and I look forward to talking with everyone.
