Minimum CPU configuration for compiling/running Redox OS?

I’m trying to compile Redox on machine with AMD Athlon XP 2600+, Debian 8.4 jessie, 3.16.0-4-686-pae, 3.16.7-ckt25-2, but I can’t get package libc-dev-i386.

This library is only available for amd64 architecture, which doesn’t match my CPU.
